Packaging

We ship our art, music, and vintage essentials with 100% recycled and recyclable packaging materials from EcoEnclose.

Pre-loved items are properly washed, cleaned, and disinfected.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 5-7 days from purchase.

For larger items, shipping is NOT INCLUDED in the price at checkout and the order will read "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered". Please email gabriellequeen@viceroyhaus.com before purchasing with your address to receive a shipping quote for each piece from a trusted courier.

Pick Up

Chicagoland pick up can be arranged free of charge via appointment only. Please email gabriellequeen@viceroyhaus.com to schedule purchasing and pick up time.

Returns

Unfortunately, returns are not available at this time. Sales are FINAL.

Please know that our pre-loved vintage pieces are expected to have imperfections. Read our detailed descriptions for the condition of each piece.

Returns will only be allowed when an item is not accurately described or one of our couriers damages a larger item in transit.

Stolen Packages

Once the shipment is marked delivered, it is not within our control. We are not able to offer a refund due to stolen packages.
